[dataset] MapSPAM CropLand

This dataset is part of the MapSPAM series on spatial production. It is produced as interim result using GSCM v3.0 data on global cropland distribution as input. The cropland extent is measured to determine the places where production statistics can be allocated. It reports three major parameters by grid around the year 2010 (median, maximum cropland percentage and confidence score between 0 and 1).
