[dataset] MapSPAM Rev

This dataset is part of the MapSPAM series on spatial production. It is produced as interim result using data from MapSPAM Access, MapSPAM Price and MapSPAM PotYield as input. It represents an allocation parameter which considers the influence of farmer's crop choices.
