[process] MapSPAM Model Process

This process is part of the MapSPAM series on spatial production. It is created as an interim process using the listed datasets below. Here rules for adjusting and harmonizing all input datasets are defined, as data from various sources is collected and inconsistencies may be caused. As final step, the allocation results are adjusted to keep the grid-level results consistent with the statistics.
