[process] MapSPAM Consider Suitability

This process is part of the MapSPAM series on spatial production. It is created as an interim process using the listed datasets below. Aim of the process is to consider the spatially varied potential suitability for different crops in terms of different requirements from the GAEZ v3.0 dataset. The detailed procedure for estimating the suitable area is presented in the Supplement (Section S8).

"We estimate the crop suitable area (SuitArea) from GAEZv3.0 to consider the spatially varied potential suitability for different crops in terms of different thermal, moisture, and soil requirements as an allocating parameter."
