[process] MapSPAM Derive Rural Population Density

This process is part of the MapSPAM series on spatial production. It is created as an interim process using the listed datasets below. Based on the population count from GPW v4.0, the process involves the aggregation and recalculation of the input data under the assumption, that all people residing within the 5 arcmin grids containing cropland are rural people. The detailed procedure for measuring MapSPAM AggRurPop is presented in the listed Supplement document (Section S11).

"Then we derive rural population density (AggRurPopi) based on the assumption that if there is cropland within the 5 arcmin grids, then the population residing within the grids should be rural people."
